Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to support clinic operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you will lead consultations, present financing options, promote upsells, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will also step in to manage the clinic whenever the Clinic Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations to understand needs and provide personalized recommendations

Present and negotiate financing solutions to help clients achieve their goals

Promote additional services and upsells to existing clients

Maximize client satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Lead the team in daily operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager

Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication

Maintain and update client records and facilitate reviews

Support medical staff by keeping treatment rooms prepared and maintained

Perform opening and closing duties and process client financial transactions

Uphold Milan’s high standards of professionalism and client service
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)

Experience in a commission-driven environment preferred

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Proficiency with computers and sales software

Availability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
