Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Salon Director to help lead our dynamic salon team. This leadership role focuses on driving store performance, fostering superior client service, and maintaining operational excellence. You will manage and supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure a positive, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment

Lead by example, meeting personal sales expectations and creating a client-focused experience

Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming salon environment

Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members
-
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance

Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director responsibilities

Assist in controlling top-line revenue and salon expenses
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Work nights and weekends as required
Qualifications
-
College education preferred but not required
-
Management and/or sales experience preferred

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Leadership, training, and motivational skills

Ability to maintain a positive, energetic, client-centric environment
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for long periods

Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment

Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes

Bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items

Perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
