About the Role
7-Eleven is looking for a motivated Retail Assistant Manager (Assistant Store Leader Trainee) to join our team. If you have supervisory experience and enjoy leading by example, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable management experience, receive hands-on training, and grow into future leadership roles. You’ll work closely with the Store Leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and train store employees alongside the Store Leader

Deliver excellent customer service and foster team productivity
-
Support hiring, retention, and leadership development of staff

Oversee merchandising, marketing programs, and loyalty initiatives

Handle cash management, fuel transactions, and compliance with company procedures
-
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and stock levels
-
Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
What You Bring
-
1+ year of retail management experience (preferred if no high school diploma/GED)
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)

Physical ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
