What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee daily showroom operations, focusing on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and facility upkeep.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to a team of commissioned sales associates, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and driving overall sales profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, fostering positive relationships and satisfaction with both purchases and deliveries.
  • Train and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear individual and team objectives, maximizing each associate’s potential.
  • Guide sales consultants in setting achievable monthly sales targets, providing continuous coaching, support, and motivation to help them meet and exceed their goals.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Engage in the sales process when needed to enrich the customer shopping experience and leverage those moments to further coach and train the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • We are seeking hands-on, results-driven leaders with strong coaching and mentoring abilities, capable of motivating sales teams to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably within the furniture industry managing commissioned sales teams.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary, with availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for succeeding in a sales-driven environment is key.
