About the Job
Join us at Chico’s FAS as an Assistant Store Manager at our Del Amo Fashion Center location in Torrance, CA. In this leadership role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and creating a standout customer experience. You’ll play a key part in developing the team, managing merchandise, and ensuring visual and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling, payroll accuracy, and floor coverage

Deliver and model exceptional customer service

Support hiring, training, and coaching of store associates

Oversee sales activities, cash handling, and operational processes

Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+

3+ years of retail or sales leadership experience preferred

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work flexible hours, and travel within the district
