Our Bicester store is looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive Assistant Manager to join our friendly and expanding team. If you want to be part of something meaningful, different, and connected to the local community — this is the role for you.

Role Overview

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, drive customer satisfaction, support local stockists, and lead a motivated retail team. Your role will be key in delivering a high-quality experience for both customers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the store.

  • Support and motivate team members to meet sales goals and deliver top-notch service.

  • Handle inventory management, stock displays, and visual merchandising.

  • Help execute promotions and ensure company policies are followed.

  • Respond to customer queries with professionalism and care.

  • Assist with training to boost staff product knowledge and confidence.

  • Contribute to a clean, inviting, and community-led store environment.

  • Monitor sales and provide suggestions to enhance performance.

  • Support with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role (assistant manager level preferred).

Pay & Hours

  • Starting Pay: £14.80/hour (during probation)

  • Post-Probation Pay: £16.50/hour

  • Expected Weekly Hours: 16–24

  • Annual Bonus: Up to £2,500 (performance-based)

  • Pay Reviews: Annually in October
