Our Bicester store is looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive Assistant Manager to join our friendly and expanding team. If you want to be part of something meaningful, different, and connected to the local community — this is the role for you.
Role Overview
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, drive customer satisfaction, support local stockists, and lead a motivated retail team. Your role will be key in delivering a high-quality experience for both customers and creators.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of the store.

Support and motivate team members to meet sales goals and deliver top-notch service.

Handle inventory management, stock displays, and visual merchandising.

Help execute promotions and ensure company policies are followed.

Respond to customer queries with professionalism and care.

Assist with training to boost staff product knowledge and confidence.

Contribute to a clean, inviting, and community-led store environment.

Monitor sales and provide suggestions to enhance performance.

Support with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks as required.

Experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role (assistant manager level preferred).

Pay & Hours

Starting Pay: £14.80/hour (during probation)

Post-Probation Pay: £16.50/hour

Annual Bonus: Up to £2,500 (performance-based)
