The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a multi-skilled retail and café team. You’ll focus on driving sales, exceeding customer expectations, and representing the Hotel Chocolat brand. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for career growth.

Act as a Hotel Chocolat Brand Ambassador.

Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Maintain operational excellence across the store.

Manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

Achieve/exceed sales budgets and KPIs.

Optimize scheduling, productivity, and performance.

Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety.
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years management experience in retail, premium retail, or food & beverage
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
-
Proven ability to deliver results against sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Allergens, and Health & Safety (preferred)
