Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

  • Be a Helping Hand – Follow all licensing and company standards to ensure the safety and well-being of every child. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Engage & Inspire – Develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children’s growth while building strong relationships with families.
  • Keep Learning – Complete comprehensive training on childcare, preschool education, and child development topics.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children and have:

  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
  • The willingness to work indoors and outdoors while actively engaging with children.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay (based on position, education, and experience):
    • Assistant Teacher: $18 – $19.50/hour
    • Teacher/Lead Teacher: $19.25 – $21/hour
  • Flexible Pay Options – Bi-weekly and daily pay available.
