Financial Modeling Prep is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer to support our Executive Team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Team
- Handle all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and hotel bookings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee personal and professional financial transactions
- Manage invoices, bills, and banking activities
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Provide occasional after-hours support
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English
- Superior prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy
- Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with discretion and tact
- Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of document management systems (asset)
- Basic accounting and math skills for invoice preparation and budget drafting
