Experience & Qualifications We Seek

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 2–3 years in Marketing or Sales within a CPG or OTC environment, or an MBA with proven marketing expertise.
    • Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Advertising is a plus.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in taking initiative.
    • Experience in non-traditional marketing models beyond TV advertising (e.g., Medical or Professional marketing).
    • Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a matrixed and global organization.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities, including proficiency in Nielsen, concept validation tools, trade marketing, and business insights.
    • Strong P&L management skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and problem-solving capabilities.
