Overview
ChemTreat is seeking a tech-savvy, creative Associate Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
This role blends creative, analytical, and process-oriented skills while providing opportunities to grow in digital marketing areas including Paid Social, Paid Search, Remarketing, Email Marketing, and more.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Support strategy and execution for campaigns across paid advertising, email, and social media.

Contribute to social media content calendars with fresh and engaging content.

Develop and refresh ad creatives (writing, proofing, graphic design, video creation) to improve engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to plan, research, and execute marketing campaigns.

Assist with data mining to create and maintain target contact and company lists.

Write and execute email campaigns to nurture existing and prospective customer relationships.

Support data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing campaigns.

Graphic design skills; experience with Canva or Adobe Suite preferred.

Self-directed, ability to work independently.

Website management experience preferred (landing pages, effective messaging).

Ability to learn marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).

Understanding of B2B marketing customer journeys and data privacy compliance.

Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency experience preferred.

Certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.

B2B industrial marketing experience, especially in the Specialty Chemical domain, is advantageous.

Experience in commercial operations of the water treatment industry is a plus.
Physical Demands

Primarily office-based; ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands/fingers for computer work.

Occasional lifting, reaching, bending, or carrying up to 20 lbs.
