About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to manage spare parts and asset inventory across shifts, ensuring seamless operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attendants and ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Locate and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Assist with procurement, vendor quotes, and order placement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with teams across MRO and MES operations.
  • Troubleshoot inventory issues and escalate as needed.
  • Document and communicate shift events for seamless handovers.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of equipment parts, inventory management systems, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, CMMS, and Maximo.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in MRO, MES, or asset management is a plus.
