Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Product Marketing, the Associate Brand Manager is responsible for building strong and profitable brands, growing market share, and supporting value-added portfolio expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Support brand strategy development and annual marketing plans targeting consumers

Collaborate with advertising agencies on creative strategy and execution aligned with brand positioning

Develop brand briefs for seasonal and evergreen campaigns

Lead digital team alignment and brand content creation

Support website redesigns and enhancements consistent with brand strategy
-
Assist in new product launches, including packaging, artwork, selling materials, trade presentations, and POP materials

Manage packaging development projects with NPD, regulatory, legal, supply chain, and purchasing teams

Maintain marketing budgets and consumer budget accruals

Provide insights to strengthen short- and long-term brand strategies

Ensure promotions, offerings, and communications align with brand identity and protect intellectual property

Analyze syndicated IRI data with the Commercial Insight Team to inform brand strategies

Monitor market trends and competition to inform marketing tactics
-
Understand consumer behavior to drive awareness and conversion

Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Communications, Channel Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal teams for approvals

Stay updated on new channels and technologies for testing, learning, and amplifying brand reach

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Digital preferred)

Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 25%
