About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Associate Manager, Marketing – Paid Search to help drive performance in our fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will lead the execution of paid search, shopping, and app download campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful, data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns to meet business goals.

Drive app download campaigns and support omni-channel growth initiatives.

Analyze performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaign ROI.

Partner with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to align on objectives.

Enhance the customer journey by integrating paid search into the broader marketing strategy.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Shopping platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Retail or omni-channel marketing experience preferred.
