Core Responsibilities
Key duties include, but are not limited to:

Conduct both primary and secondary research to better understand market trends and customer needs, enhancing and refining the product vision and strategy.

Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape a product roadmap aligned with overall strategy and vision, and effectively communicate this roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog in partnership with Product Owners, ensuring user stories are created, reviewed, and prioritized thoughtfully.

Assist Product Managers or Directors of Product with release planning to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Contribute to the successful launch of new products and releases by working closely with Go-To-Market and Product Operations teams to drive cross-functional execution of the Go-To-Market plan.

Support the Go-To-Market team on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, helping to develop key materials for internal teams.

Engage with customer feedback forums and special interest groups to gather valuable insights for continuous product improvement.

Act as a product evangelist, contributing to key communications and supporting product leaders during speaking engagements and other forums.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven ability to work within a cross-functional organization, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences across various levels of an organization and to customers.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Demonstrated sound judgment in navigating defined processes and selecting effective methods to drive solutions.

Skilled in balancing strategic priorities, customer feedback, and business impact when making decisions and prioritizing tasks.

Previous experience within the insurance industry is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Ability to work on-site at an office location when required.

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.

Frequent use of hands and arms for computer operation.

Must possess close vision capabilities for tasks such as computer work.
