About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our product team. Ideal for someone early in their career, this role focuses on requirements gathering and collaborating with engineers to deliver strategic products. You’ll work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap and deliver solutions that create meaningful customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Support product managers in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Draft product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Assist with backlog prioritization and grooming

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to align execution with goals

  • Track product performance and report insights for improvement

  • Support product launches with training, communications, and documentation

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in product management, business analysis, or related role (internships welcome)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Collaborative team mindset

  • Passion for technology, payments, and customer experience

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred
