Role Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Real Estate Finance Associate to join our Residential Real Estate Finance team. You’ll be an integral part of the investment process—working across loan origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution, with additional exposure to product development and fundraising initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end transaction exposure within a high-performing team deploying substantial capital in the Build-to-Rent and Social Housing sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in originating, structuring, and negotiating residential real estate loans

Build detailed cash flow and debt models to evaluate loan and asset performance

Conduct underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence on new investments

Analyse borrower financials and support preparation of credit committee materials

Collaborate with internal teams including loan asset management and product development

Contribute to fundraising activities and support investor presentation materials
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or private credit
Excellent quantitative and modelling skills
Strong understanding of financial statements and loan structuring
Experience with or exposure to loan documentation and credit processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team
