We’re seeking an Associate Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our NA Brand Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of creative social media strategies across our diverse brand portfolio in North America. You’ll connect with fans, amplify our voice in trending conversations, and help bring our brand personality to life.
What You’ll Do

Spot opportunities for engagement by monitoring trends, cultural moments, and viral content using Sprinklr and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).

Partner with our Global Creative Studio and Social Team to craft engaging, on-brand content for the digital and social landscape.

Track and report performance metrics to measure business impact of outbound engagement.

Develop, optimize, and share best practices for community management.

Represent our brand personality in authentic, relatable ways that resonate with tradespeople and professionals.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–2 years of social media experience in a corporate environment.

Proficient in social media management tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).

Deep knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter/X).

Creative and passionate about social media with a strong eye for trends and engagement opportunities.

Experience with both social media management and social listening tools.
