The Job
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Associate Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join the NA Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of creative, dynamic social media content across a portfolio of iconic brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.
Key Responsibilities

Identify engagement opportunities with brand fans, trending cultural moments, and viral content using tools like Sprinklr and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).

Partner with the Global Creative Studio and Social Team to develop on-brand, engaging digital conversations.

Track, analyze, and report on social media engagement to demonstrate impact on business goals.

Share processes, standards, best practices, and learnings across the social and influencer team.

Bring brand personality to life in ways that connect with tradespeople and professionals, reinforcing values and messaging.
The Person

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or communications).

1–2 years of corporate social media experience.

Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).

Strong knowledge of major social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.

Ability to identify meaningful content opportunities and trends.

Creativity, passion for social media, and a keen eye for engagement.
