What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and develop software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues effectively.
  • Contribute to building new features and enhancing existing ones.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain clear and updated development documentation.
  • Test and validate applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or mobile app development is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve coding practices.
  • Internship or project experience in software development is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected base salary: $65,000 – $70,000, with potential bonus eligibility based on performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and additional perks.
  • Compensation determined by skills, experience, and role requirements.

Hiring Process & Technical Requirements

  • Candidates must provide a government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
  • Final interviews may require onsite attendance.
  • Employment includes background checks, I-9 verification, and possible drug screening.

  • Employees must have high-speed internet (10 Mbps+) and the ability to connect directly to a router (for call center roles).
