What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to design and develop software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues effectively.
- Contribute to building new features and enhancing existing ones.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Maintain clear and updated development documentation.
- Test and validate applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or mobile app development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and improve coding practices.
- Internship or project experience in software development is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base salary: $65,000 – $70,000, with potential bonus eligibility based on performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and additional perks.
- Compensation determined by skills, experience, and role requirements.
Hiring Process & Technical Requirements
- Candidates must provide a government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
- Final interviews may require onsite attendance.
- Employment includes background checks, I-9 verification, and possible drug screening.

- Employees must have high-speed internet (10 Mbps+) and the ability to connect directly to a router (for call center roles).
