Position Purpose
The Associate System Administrator is responsible for troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, providing advanced technical support, and delivering solutions that align with business needs. This role requires handling technical projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks such as NIST and HIPAA. Support is provided through phone, email, remote tools, and in person.

Reports to: IT Infrastructure Manager
Essential Functions

Provide technical solutions to business problems.

Deliver excellent customer support for both local and remote users.

Install and configure workstations, printers, switches, and WAPs.

Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, Adobe Applications, Citrix, Microsoft Intune, and related SAAS tools.

Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring secure deployment and governance.

Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device, Intune policies, and application deployment issues.

Perform Azure AD administration and PowerShell scripting.

Ensure daily issue tracking and proper task assignments.

Provide on-call support as required.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience
-
3–5 years of technical support (hardware/software) in a professional environment.

Strong proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and SAAS applications.

Moderate knowledge of network configuration and equipment.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware/software.

Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft PowerShell.

Certifications: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and/or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen (no work sponsorship available).
