Responsibilities of the Software Developer
As a Software Developer, your work will include:

Researching, designing, developing, and modifying enterprise-level systems and applications.

Collaborating with a technical team to build innovative solutions for tactical operations.

Solving software problems at the lowest level to ensure reliability and performance.

Developing solutions using cutting-edge technologies, including wearables and mobile platforms.

Supporting Army programs, including Airdrop Mission Planner applications and resupply planning systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications for Software Developers
To succeed as a Software Developer, you should have:

Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical training/certifications.

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Object-Oriented Design.

Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK).

Preferred Skills: Experience with Angular or Monkey C development is a plus.
