Job Description
As an Internal Auditor, you will perform financial, operational, and IT audits of varying complexity to ensure compliance, integrity, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial, operational, and IT audits from routine to complex.

Recommend improvements to audit programs for better coverage.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-
Review accuracy and integrity of financial/operational data.
-
Work with cross-functional teams including finance, project management, and external auditors.

Complete assigned audit sections and support complex audit areas.

Maintain confidentiality, independence, and objectivity in all auditing practices.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, or related field.

2+ years of work-related experience (public accounting experience a plus).
-
Working toward professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.).
-
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Knowledge of local, state, and federal compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of audit, internal audit, finance, or information systems experience.

Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar).
