Role Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Checker / Freight Inspector responsible for accurately verifying all inbound and outbound freight. In this role, you will ensure products are damage-free, properly labeled, and recorded according to customer specifications and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately count and verify inbound shipments against manifests.

Inspect all freight for damage, infestation, or incorrect production code dates before storage.

Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments promptly using proper documentation.

Verify outbound orders for correct quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing.

Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to load/unload freight as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support warehouse security and safety practices.

Participate in scheduled physical inventories.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Must meet material-handling equipment certification requirements.

At least 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
