Key Responsibilities of a Healthcare Claims Auditor
1. Audit Process Management

Participate in all phases of the claims audit process, from kick-off to final reporting.

Conduct on-site and remote audits to verify healthcare claim adjudication accuracy.

Ensure all deliverables are thorough, accurate, and of the highest quality.
2. Collaboration and Client Partnership

Work closely with Client Delivery team members to align audit services with client goals.

Skills and Qualifications for Healthcare Claims Auditor

1+ year of healthcare audit experience (or equivalent).

Certification or diploma in medical billing/coding preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.

Excellent professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical judgment.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is a remote Healthcare Claims Auditor position available across approved Lumelight states. Employees will receive company-provided equipment to ensure smooth virtual operations. The role requires standard office work with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
