Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Principal Consultant to lead transformative Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives for prestigious clients, including premium automotive brands. Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Strategy
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, managing senior relationships with key automotive stakeholders.
- Lead scoping sessions to deeply understand client needs within the automotive sector, designing strategic L&D solutions tailored to their industry-specific goals
- Translate data insights into actionable learning interventions with the wider RTS team, that drive, impact and enhance performance outcomes, particularly for automotive-focused clients
- Collaborate with clients and the wider RTS team, to build and deliver long-term L&D roadmaps that align with the fast-evolving automotive landscape, ensuring drive organisational impact consistency and continuous improvement
2. Project Delivery
- Direct and coach project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability that resonates with the demands of automotive clients
- Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across all stages of delivery in automotive-specific projects
3. Data & Analytics Integration
- Champion data-driven methodologies that resonate with automotive industry requirements, using insights to influence learning strategies and demonstrate ROI for automotive clients
- Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation through data, advocating for the integration of technology and analytics in L&D programmes to address the unique needs of automotive brands
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Represent the agency at industry events and webinars, sharing your automotive expertise to elevate our reputation and influence within this space
- Collaborate with the wider RTS team, to continuously seek out innovative ways to elevate the client experience for automotive brands, from immersive technologies to blended learning solutions that align with their strategic goals
5. Client Success & Growth
- Develop strong partnerships with automotive clients, positioning the agency as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider
- Identify opportunities for additional engagement with automotive clients, proactively introducing new ideas that enhance client value
- Work closely with the wider team to support automotive client acquisition, pitch new ideas, and contribute to proposals that demonstrate the agency’s unique expertise within the automotive industry
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in the automotive industry, with experience working in or alongside premium automotive brands
- Proven track record in L&D, with an automotive focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, particularly within automotive organisations
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to turn data insights into impactful learning solutions that resonate with automotive clients.
