Position Overview
Intuitive Health is seeking a B2B Marketing Brand Manager to strengthen our market presence and support business development efforts. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing with a dotted line to the Chief Growth Officer, this role owns brand strategy for B2B audiences and develops integrated campaigns that generate awareness, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities.
You’ll partner closely with business development teams to align on target accounts, buyer personas, and account-based marketing efforts while collaborating with content, design, and digital teams to deliver impactful assets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.

Build integrated campaigns (including ABM) to drive awareness, engagement, and RFP opportunities.

Partner with business development to define buyer personas and campaign needs.

Lead content development (case studies, thought leadership, videos, webinars, sales decks).

Manage the corporate website, landing pages, and resources for conversion optimization.

Own LinkedIn channel strategy (organic + paid).

Deploy emails, nurture journeys, and automation via HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Coordinate CRM campaigns and lead routing in Salesforce.

Develop sales enablement tools and maintain a content library mapped to the buyer journey.

Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Manage A/B testing, iterate messaging/creative, and oversee vendor/agency partners.

Safeguard brand standards across digital channels.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience (brand management + integrated campaigns).

Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM.

Strong LinkedIn expertise (organic content + paid campaigns).

Proven record of partnering with sales to drive pipeline through ABM/demand generation.

Excellent messaging, storytelling, and asset development for executive audiences.

Data-driven mindset with reporting/dashboards experience.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
