Position Overview

Intuitive Health is seeking a B2B Marketing Brand Manager to strengthen our market presence and support business development efforts. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing with a dotted line to the Chief Growth Officer, this role owns brand strategy for B2B audiences and develops integrated campaigns that generate awareness, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities.

You’ll partner closely with business development teams to align on target accounts, buyer personas, and account-based marketing efforts while collaborating with content, design, and digital teams to deliver impactful assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.

  • Build integrated campaigns (including ABM) to drive awareness, engagement, and RFP opportunities.

  • Partner with business development to define buyer personas and campaign needs.

  • Lead content development (case studies, thought leadership, videos, webinars, sales decks).

  • Manage the corporate website, landing pages, and resources for conversion optimization.

  • Own LinkedIn channel strategy (organic + paid).

  • Deploy emails, nurture journeys, and automation via HubSpot Marketing Hub.

  • Coordinate CRM campaigns and lead routing in Salesforce.

  • Develop sales enablement tools and maintain a content library mapped to the buyer journey.

  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

  • Manage A/B testing, iterate messaging/creative, and oversee vendor/agency partners.

  • Safeguard brand standards across digital channels.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (brand management + integrated campaigns).

  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM.

  • Strong LinkedIn expertise (organic content + paid campaigns).

  • Proven record of partnering with sales to drive pipeline through ABM/demand generation.

  • Excellent messaging, storytelling, and asset development for executive audiences.

  • Data-driven mindset with reporting/dashboards experience.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus):

  • Healthcare services or multi-location experience.

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, webinars, and sales enablement systems.
