What You’ll Do as a Bank Patient Administrator
Key Duties of the Bank Patient Administrator Role

Deliver day-to-day administrative support in key areas like reception, wards, and medical records

Provide cross-departmental admin support based on hospital needs

Assist clinical, finance, and sales teams with documentation and processing tasks

Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with medical record policies

Manage the booking process via SAP and hospital management systems from referral to discharge

Complete daily task lists and use RIS/clinical systems for admin operations
