We’re seeking a proactive and organised Bank Resourcing Officer to support the recruitment and onboarding of bank staff across multiple NHS Trusts. As a Bank Resourcing Officer, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey from vacancy to onboarding. This dynamic opportunity puts you at the heart of staffing operations, helping meet clinical needs across a high-performing Trust.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Bank Resourcing Officer

Manage the full recruitment cycle for bank staff, including Agenda for Change (AfC) and Medical roles

Act as the main contact for applicants, guiding them through their recruitment journey

Support managers by reviewing job descriptions, posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and processing applications

Maintain and develop E-Recruitment systems including NHS Jobs, HR Payroll, and ESR
-
Ensure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards at every stage

Provide general administrative recruitment support and uphold excellent service within the HR team

Prior experience in recruitment or HR support roles, preferably within healthcare or public sector
