The Role
As a Banking Representative, you will be the friendly face of Metro Bank, delivering exceptional customer service while sharing your knowledge of our products and services. You’ll be a vital part of a dynamic team working to meet store goals and enhance our community presence.
What You’ll Do

Provide outstanding, personalised customer service, going above and beyond to meet individual needs

Work collaboratively with your team, balancing tasks in response to changing customer demand

Act as a brand ambassador, helping to establish Metro Bank as the community’s number one choice

Stay informed about regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance and fairness

Maintain a keen awareness of risk, prioritising the safety and well-being of customers, colleagues, and the bank
Working Hours & Training

Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:15pm
-
Saturdays: 8:15am – 4:30pm
-
37.5 hours per week, working 5 days
Comprehensive training will be provided, with salary uplift upon completion.
Who We’re Looking For

Strong relationship-building skills in a fast-paced setting

Excellent attention to detail, even under pressure

Understanding of risk and its impact on customers and the bank

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office

Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences consistently
-
While prior finance or banking experience is not required, experience in customer service roles with controlled processes is essential
