You’ll be the friendly face of the bank, building lasting customer relationships while supporting the day-to-day banking needs of individuals and businesses in your community.
What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service, offering tailored banking solutions

Handle a variety of in-store queries with professionalism and care

Be a brand ambassador, actively engaging with the local community

Maintain compliance through up-to-date training on banking regulations

Work flexibly within the team to meet store objectives and changing demands
What You’ll Need

Experience in customer service in fast-paced, regulated environments

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail and awareness of banking risks

Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools

A passion for delivering memorable service – banking experience is a plus, but not required
