About Us
Step into Denver history at Quad Side Tavern, the newly renovated bar and restaurant inside the iconic Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria campus. Once home to the Tivoli Brewing Company (1870s–1965), this building is full of stories — from underground catacombs to decades of campus culture. We are excited to welcome students, faculty, locals, and sports fans with excellent food, drinks, and hospitality.
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team and bring this historic space to life.
Responsibilities

Provide welcoming, efficient, and friendly service to all guests.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver in a timely manner.

Handle busy lunch, happy hour, and dinner rushes with professionalism.

Share fun facts and history of the Tivoli with guests when appropriate.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and side stations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
-
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

ABT (Alcohol Beverage Training) Certificate required.

Food Handler’s Certificate required.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8–10 hours.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
