Key Responsibilities:

As a Bar Team Member at Haven, your main duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and taking drink orders to ensure a welcoming experience.

• Serving a variety of beverages, from refreshing pints to signature cocktails, while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

• Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak times.

• Adhering to responsible service guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed as a Bar Team Member at Haven, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer-facing roles (bar, restaurant, or similar environments) – beneficial but not required.

• Has a positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once.

• Has flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Is at least 18 years old (required by law to sell alcohol).
