Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, located in Doha, Qatar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality beverage preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in beverage preparation
- Knowledge of different types of coffee and brewing methods
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Barista certification or training is a plus
