Your Role
- Craft Exceptional Cocktails: You’ll prepare and serve an exciting range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with creativity and precision, ensuring every drink matches our high standards.
- Deliver Impeccable Service: From welcoming guests to making personalised recommendations, you’ll provide friendly, attentive, and professional service that enhances the guest experience.
- Keep the Bar Running Smoothly: You’ll maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar, ensuring everything is prepared for busy service and that all health and safety standards are met.
- Engage with Guests: Your personality will shine as you interact with guests, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere that adds to their overall dining experience.
- Support Menu Innovation: You’ll have the chance to collaborate with the team in developing new drink ideas, infusing creativity into our beverage offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Mixology Master: You have experience as a bartender, with strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends. You’re skilled at balancing flavours and creating standout drinks.
- Guest-Centric: You’re passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy creating personalised experiences for each guest, ensuring they leave with a smile.
- Organized & Efficient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and keep calm under pressure while delivering great service.
- Creative Flair: You’re always thinking about new ideas and ways to elevate the drink menu, with a passion for experimenting with flavours and presentation.
