Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Guide: Lead guests through Bocage’s curated collection of fine wines and champagnes, offering recommendations and insight.

Hospitality & Engagement: Charm guests with humility, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and celebrated.

Presentation & Service: Deliver wine and champagne service with flair, following our signature points of service.

Bar & Venue Maintenance: Maintain a clean, pristine, and inviting environment for every guest.

Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with grace, ensuring seamless experiences.

End-of-Day Duties: Perform nightly cash reconciliation and log entries for smooth operations.
Qualifications

Prior experience in upscale restaurants, fine dining, or wine-focused venues.

Strong knowledge of food, wine, champagne, cocktails, and beer.

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Understanding of food allergies and sensitivities to ensure guest safety.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred: ServSafe and TiPS Certification.

Bonus: Experience with Toast POS system.
