Bartender

Position Summary

As a Bartender at The Resort at Pelican Hill, you will prepare drinks according to specified recipes, serve wine and champagne, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving drinks using proper measuring systems.

  • Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the bar area, tools, and tables.

  • Preparing fresh garnishes, stocking supplies, and washing glassware.

  • Processing payments, completing cashier reports, and securing receipts.

  • Maintaining inventory and securing liquors, beers, wines, and storage.

  • Following company policies on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

  • Delivering exceptional guest service and fostering teamwork with colleagues.

Physical & Role Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying environments.

  • Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to quality standards.

  • Perform closing duties and other tasks as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending or related work experience.

  • Supervisory Experience: None required.

  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
