Position Summary
As a Bartender at The Resort at Pelican Hill, you will prepare drinks according to specified recipes, serve wine and champagne, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving drinks using proper measuring systems.

Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the bar area, tools, and tables.

Preparing fresh garnishes, stocking supplies, and washing glassware.

Processing payments, completing cashier reports, and securing receipts.

Maintaining inventory and securing liquors, beers, wines, and storage.

Following company policies on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Delivering exceptional guest service and fostering teamwork with colleagues.
Physical & Role Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying environments.

Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to quality standards.

Perform closing duties and other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending or related work experience.
