With your outgoing personality, knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, and commitment to the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines, you’ll create the fun, lively atmosphere that keeps our fans coming back.

The Costume

What makes Twin Peaks unique is the Twin Peaks Girl costume. All bartenders must adhere to the official Presentation Guidelines while on shift. Occasionally, we host special costume party events where team members can choose to join in with themed attire. Participation is optional, but all costumes must meet Twin Peaks standards.

Responsibilities

As a Twin Peaks Girl – Bartender, you’ll:

• Interact with and entertain guests in a friendly, upbeat manner

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service from start to finish (greeting, taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, serving, checking back, pre-bussing, and settling checks)

• Promote in-house events, specials, and brand experiences

• Follow all Presentation Guidelines and Twin Peaks training requirements

• Maintain a clean, welcoming bar area

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• No prior experience required—training provided

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)

• Comfortable using POS/register systems

• Strong ability to engage and entertain guests

• Must complete all Twin Peaks Girl training and any state-required alcohol/food service certifications

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Use of hands/arms for serving, carrying, and reaching

• Occasional lifting/moving up to 15 lbs

• Good vision (close, peripheral, and depth perception)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
