Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team! Your top priority will be delivering exceptional guest service while creating memorable experiences. This role involves crafting drinks, assisting with team training, maintaining bar organization, and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Be knowledgeable in all food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, and beer.

Train and educate bar and service staff on menu items, cocktail preparation, and service standards.

Execute cocktail recipes accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a safe and sanitary bar environment, including cleaning bar sinks and organizing supplies.

Greet guests promptly and professionally.

Accurately take and process food and beverage orders at the bar and cocktail areas.

Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.

Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.

Set up and maintain bar stock and prep items.

Support other sections as needed, including running food/drinks, pre-bussing, and contributing to the tip pool.
Requirements:

Prior bartending experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
