Bartender – Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU (Neighborhood Services)
Join the team at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU and contribute to the exceptional guest experience at Neighborhood Services, our American-style restaurant. We are seeking a skilled Bartender for a mid-day shift, primarily focused on brunch, lunch, and happy hour service.
About the Role:
As a Bartender at Neighborhood Services, you will craft high-quality cocktails, interact with guests, and ensure a memorable dining and drinking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, specializing in craft cocktails.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
- Manage bar inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Stay informed about current promotions and menu items.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of mixology.
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
