Job Summary
As a Bartender, you’ll provide outstanding service to members and guests by maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized. You’ll uphold Invited’s “3-Steps of Service” at all times to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of food & beverage service as outlined in training programs.

Prepare, pour, and serve beverages with accuracy and responsibility.

Provide food and beverage service at the bar and assist servers as needed.

Greet and engage members by name, offering a personalized experience.

Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring stock, garnishes, and equipment are ready.

Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation standards.

Resolve member or guest concerns professionally, involving management when necessary.

Learn and maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer selections, wine varietals, and the club’s food menu.

Complete side work such as restocking supplies and preparing for future shifts.

Support team members by contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior bartending or food & beverage service experience strongly preferred.

Certifications: Alcohol safety and food handler certifications (or ability to obtain).

Skills: Strong communication, ability to follow procedures, commitment to ethical work standards.

Physical Ability: Stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, bend/kneel/twist as needed, and work indoors/outdoors as required.

Knowledge: Familiarity with bar tools, POS systems, and basic wine service.
