That’s why we’re looking for a skilled BaSE Specialist to keep our plant floor devices and facility running at optimal performance. This is a hands-on, on-site position. Remote or flexible work options are not available. You’ll be working with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where precision and responsiveness are key.


What You’ll Do as BaSE Specialist

  • Troubleshoot and calibrate plant floor equipment and devices for top performance

  • Respond to breakdowns and alarms, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly

  • Provide repair guidance and technical support to maintenance mechanics

  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Support facility operations including conveyors and essential infrastructure

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve daily operational challenges


What You Bring as BaSE Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field – preferred

  • Experience with motor control theory, AC/DC troubleshooting, and network basicspreferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or work-authorized alien)


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Location: On-site at [UPS Facility Name]

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM CST
