Job Summary

As a sub-contracted Bathroom Installer, you’ll manage the on-site installation of adapted bathrooms and be the key contact for customers throughout each project. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that demands excellent time management, communication, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install bathroom adaptations to support accessibility and safety

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers

  • Manage the end-to-end installation process to meet deadlines

  • Plan your diary effectively to align with customer schedules

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and trade regulations

Must-Have Skills

  • Domestic plumbing experience, including shower pump installations

  • Strong tiling skills for high-standard finishes

  • General carpentry competence (vanity units, pipe boxings, doors, etc.)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Light plastering (e.g., ceiling re-skims or wall patching)

  • Basic decorating (e.g., painting walls or touch-ups)

  • Strong time management and organisation

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required (expenses covered)
