Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) at BEHEAL THERAPY ABA SERVICES. Locations vary all around Broward County. The role involves providing behavioral health services and support to clients, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care.
Qualifications
- Certification or Associate’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and therapeutic interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions
