Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure food safety, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities – Assistant Restaurant Manager

Support the General Manager in hiring, training, and motivating restaurant staff.

Assist in achieving operational goals, sales targets, and budget objectives.

Maintain clear communication about team priorities, protocols, and performance.

Manage floor operations, staffing efficiency, and customer service standards.

Monitor inventory, food safety compliance, and health regulations.

Resolve operational challenges quickly to ensure smooth daily operations.

Uphold high standards in kitchen and dining operations through ongoing training.
Food Safety & Team Safety

Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation requirements.

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and customers.
Customer Experience

Drive a customer-first culture by delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Train team members to provide friendly, accurate, and timely service.
Qualifications – Assistant Restaurant Manager

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience (Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar).

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 15+ employees.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements

Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long shifts.

Valid Food Handler Certification required.
Salary & Location
-
Salary Range: $57,750 – $70,500 per year
-
Bench position requiring flexibility to work across multiple locations in the Franconia, Virginia region.
