About the Role
The 2nd Shift Beverage Server provides fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to resort and casino guests. This role is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction, supporting promotions, and maintaining compliance with responsible alcohol service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and deliver efficient, courteous service.

Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately.

Stay updated on current promotions, specials, and product offerings.

Handle cash and card transactions according to revenue policies.

Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible alcohol service.

Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and stocked.

Engage guests in conversation to enhance their experience.

Report guest complaints or concerns to the supervisor.

Follow all resort and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications & Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred (required if age 19 or under).

Minimum age: 18 years old.

At least 6 months of bartender/server experience preferred.

Responsible Beverage Server certification required.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced setting.

Must be mobile, able to move through crowded areas.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.

Occasional kneeling, crouching, or bending.

Lift and move up to 30 lbs. when needed.

Manual dexterity and clear vision required for drink handling.

Casino environment with high noise levels.

Smoke-free workplace, though dust levels may vary by location.
