Main Responsibilities of a Bid Support and Marketing Manager
Bid & Sales Support

Draft compelling proposal and bid documents with the technical and sales teams

Review customer RFP/RFI requirements to align with Flow AI’s content
-
Coordinate larger RFP/RFI submissions and manage deadlines

Maintain and update Flow AI’s bid library and templates
-
Collaborate with Flow AI design teams for professional document formatting

Submit tenders within required timescales and formats
-
Track potential opportunities via Buyer Framework portals
Social Media & Content Management

Manage Flow AI’s social media calendar and schedule
-
Develop engaging content aligned with business topics and themes
-
Update Flow AI’s website with the latest content and company news

Assist with creating case studies, white papers, and marketing campaigns

Handle Flow AI’s LinkedIn and other social channels, boosting online visibility

Support multi-channel campaign development and performance tracking
Skills & Experience Required

Excellent written and organisational skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and CRM tools

Experience with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Adobe products

A proactive, collaborative approach

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage varied workloads
