Bilingual Hospitality Professional

Job Summary

The Bilingual Hospitality Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store service to all customers, with a focus on our Spanish-speaking clientele. This role plays a key part in supporting store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction, all while promoting The Restaurant Store’s brand, values, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service, especially for Spanish-speaking customers

• Follow our TRS Customer Experience Process:

  1. Build brand awareness

  2. Assess customer needs

  3. Exceed expectations

  4. Build loyalty

• Educate customers on our website and “Brick and Click” model

• Operate as cashier and assist with loading customer orders

• Perform store maintenance: cleaning, restocking, merchandising

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering as needed

• Promote private label products to increase profitability

• Emphasize competitive advantages: best people, best technology, best price

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for up to 9 hours/day

• Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs

• Regularly bend, squat, climb, and reach

• Use hands for grasping/fine manipulation

• Communicate clearly with speech, vision, and hearing

Working Environment

• Exposure to mechanical parts, vehicles, temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases is occasional
