Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive HR support to two of our manufacturing facilities, located in Illinois and Georgia. This pivotal role requires daily on-site presence and will serve as a trusted advisor to the President and Senior Leadership, while also managing day-to-day HR initiatives at the plant locations.
Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment by overseeing a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Strategic Advisement: Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to the President and Senior Leadership, providing strategic guidance on all HR-related matters to align with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Developing and implementing robust strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled employees.
- Employee Relations: Proactively managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, fostering a fair and respectful workplace.
- Performance Management: Administering and optimizing performance review processes, coaching managers on effective feedback and development strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
- Succession Planning: Identifying and developing internal talent for future leadership roles, ensuring continuity and growth within the organization.
- Compensation: Managing compensation programs, including salary structures, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Recruiting: Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and hire top talent, from entry-level positions to specialized roles within the manufacturing environment.
- Onboarding: Designing and executing comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly and efficiently into the company culture.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Safety: Collaborating with operations to promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- A minimum of 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication across our diverse workforce.
- Prior experience providing HR support in a manufacturing environment is a must.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
