Position Summary:

USA Clinics Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our revenue cycle management and financial performance. This role will be central to improving workflows, reducing claim denials, and ensuring efficient, data-driven operations across 170+ clinics nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Cycle Analysis & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze billing, coding, claims, reimbursement, and A/R data

Develop recurring reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs (e.g., denial rates, A/R days, collections)

Identify bottlenecks, underpayments, and revenue leakage; recommend corrective actions
Collaboration & Workflow Optimization

Partner with billing, coding, finance, and operations to align data insights with business goals

Analyze system performance and contribute to automation or optimization initiatives
Strategic & Predictive Insights

Create forecast models for cash flow and financial impacts of payer or process changes

Present actionable insights to revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership
Data Governance & Compliance

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems

Track compliance and audit-readiness metrics (payer adherence, coding accuracy, etc.)

Handle ad hoc reporting and deep-dive analyses as requested by leadership
Requirements:
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field

2–4 years of data analysis experience in healthcare RCM or billing environment

Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding and healthcare payer systems is strongly preferred
Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), SQL, Power BI or Tableau

Experience with EMR/EHR and practice management systems (Athena, Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.)

Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs
